THURSDAY October 15th Buttermilk Fried Chicken Strips, Celery+ Carrots, Thumbprint Cookie

The chicken strips are brined for 24hours in buttermilk, lemon juice and spices. Thumbprint cookies, are made from scratch.

Grades 1- 12 will choose their sauce of choice as they pick up their trays. Pre- K and Kindergarten please list sauce choice in notes.
